Fees
Fees are set out in your written quote. Our standard model has no upfront fees, and you pay only for reviews that are confirmed removed, as described in your quote.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to be authorized to manage the business profile you ask us to work on, and not to ask us to remove truthful reviews that comply with Google’s policies.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, and branding belong to Relevate or its licensors. Statistics and findings attributed to third parties belong to those sources, which we cite and link.
