How Relevate works
A simple, honest process built around one rule: you only pay for reviews that actually come down.
Free reputation audit
- We pull your Google Business Profile reviews.
- Each review is screened against Google's content policies.
- You receive a written report with flagged violations and a projected rating.
Identify violations
- We only flag reviews that violate Google's policies.
- We pursue reviews that are fake, malicious, or tied to a specific policy violation.
- You choose which removals to proceed with.
Remove & optimize
- We file removals through the proper Google channels.
- You pay only after a review is confirmed removed.
- We optimize your listing and review-generation strategy.
What counts as a policy violation?
Google will remove reviews that break its policies. We build each case on these common violations.
Fake or paid reviews
Reviews written by competitors, non-customers, or anyone with a conflict of interest.
Off-topic content
Reviews that describe experiences at a different business or include unrelated rants.
Spam & duplicate reviews
Multiple reviews from the same person or copy-pasted content across listings.
Restricted content
Reviews with illegal links, promotional material, or private personal information.
Misinformation
Reviews that make objectively false claims about your business or services.
Conflict of interest
Reviews from current or former employees, or direct competitors.
What qualifies for removal
A review must violate a specific Google policy before we pursue it. That standard protects your business and keeps every filing credible.
A policy violation is required
We target fake, malicious, off-topic, duplicate, or otherwise policy-violating content. A negative opinion alone generally does not qualify.
Vague complaints are rarely removable
A one-star review with little detail is frustrating, but Google usually requires a specific policy violation to act.
Timing matters
Google's review process can take several days. We track every case and resubmit when needed, but we cannot control Google's timeline.
